As the East Coast sea breeze begins to develop and slowly push inland through early afternoon...isolated showers and thunderstorms will be able to develop along the boundary. Much of this convection will be limited to over the Brevard and Treasure Coast counties where greater moisture exists. As showers develops they will move slowly toward the east to northeast around 5 mph. If any thunderstorms develop...occasional cloud to ground lightning and heavier downpours can be expected. In addition...isolated showers will continue to develop over the offshore Gulf Stream waters...mainly south of Volusia County. These showers will move slowly toward the northeast around 5 mph.
